This bridge is a standard trestle and I-Beam bridge.
The bridge does seem to blend into its surroundings well, and doesn't detract from the area line many other bridges.
The bridge contains 3 I-Beam spans to cross each direction of Columbia Parkway, and a path. The approaches are typical wooden trestle spans. The substructures are made of timber piles.
The author has ranked this bridge as being locally significant, due to the common design.
